Rooms
at Littleton's
There are 4 guest bedrooms
with three private baths. There is also flexibility to convert
two of the rooms along the second floor back wing into a suite that
has access to and shares a vintage claw footed tub with hand
held telephone shower.
All rooms have 10 foot high
ceilings. The larger rooms contain love seat sitting areas
queen size bed, all within an approximately 300 square foot bedroom
area. Each room is individually air conditioned with
ceiling fans.

Dorothea Room: Queen size bed; Room 15' x 20'
with private bath. Bath contains tub and shower
combination.
Rate: $125 + tax.
High Season
Rate $135 for July & August + tax |

Marion Room: Queen size bed; Room 15' x 20'
with private bath. Bath contains double wide shower with seat
and NO tub.
Rate: $120 + tax.

Victoria Room: Queen size bed; Room 12' x 14' with
private bath. Bath located outside of the room and contains
vintage claw footed tub with hand-held telephone shower.

Margaret Room: Full size bed; Room 12' x 11' with
shared bath only. Bath located outside of the room and contains
vintage claw footed tub with hand-held telephone shower.

The Hilda
Margaret Room: Shared bath - used in combination with any
of the other three rooms to create a suite at a rate of $85 +

Reservations

Deposit
A 50% deposit is required with all reservations confirmed upon
receipt. Balance is due on arrival.
Cancellations
Cancellations made
at least 7 days prior to reservation date will be refunded less $20
service fee. No refunds issued with less than seven (7) days
notice to check-in. No refunds given after check-in.
Check-in time 3:00 P.M.
Check-out time 10:30 A.M.
To help maintain Littleton's standard
of individual comfort and safety, Smoking will not be permitted
indoors.
